That’s a damn shame. A real damn shame. Yep.
Looks like they’re walking.
And a turret toss too.
Speaking of turret tosses.
You know it’s a bad day when you jump out of a Russian armored vehicle that has just hit a mine and you land on a mine yourself.
WARNING: Shows Russian blowing up.
A smart Russian soldier who chooses to surrender and live.
Another careless smoker.
UPDATE on the Ukrainian massive drone attack on Novorossiysk and the refinery at Tuapse:
Russia heroically downed all drones. Any fires were started by drone fragments blown up heroically by heroic Russians.
Nothing to see here. Move along.
A Ukrainian and a Russian soldier are in dugouts just meters away from each other. The Ukrainian tosses a grenade. The Russian tries to grab it and toss it out but fails.
WARNING: Video shows Russian getting blown up.
Russian soldier uses his “bat” to avoid a high and inside pitch from the drone operator.
Chinese golf carts blow up real good too.
This is what scum do.
The situation in Kharkiv area seems to have stabilized.
3/8 Rumors of incomplete defensive lines, misplaced constructions, and poorly built fortifications quickly began circulating. Nevertheless, while some of that may hold truth, the situation is always a bit more intricate.
4/8 As stated by @emilkastehelmi, the digital scanning of the border area, along with the active presence of russian air recon, EW, and strike teams in multiple areas, posed challenges for Ukraine in preparing robust defenses or concentrating troops at the border.
5/8 He added that Ukraine wisely leveraged the depth to their advantage. Several kilometers from the border, russians are less able to rely on prepared positions and other infrastructure within russian territory, necessitating the forward deployment of their supporting elements.
6/8 While the loss of Vovchansk would be unfortunate for Ukraine, in the broader context, this direction holds minimal strategic significance. russia could capture extensive areas without significantly altering the overall strategic situation.
This appears to be the same hospital in Vovchansk that Russian soldiers were falling out of the other day.
Good riddance.
UPDATE on Georgia. The onerous law has been vetoed by Georgia’s president but the veto will likely be overridden.
Maybe one day I’ll get to visit the independent Republic of Yakutia.
Russia’s war crimes go waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy back.
Hell is filling up but I think there is room for a couple more.
Rest in peace.
In case you aren’t a fight fan, there is a big match between Tyson Fury and Olexandr Usyk of Ukraine, who honored Ukrainian hero Oleksandr Matsievsky during the weigh-in. Matsievsky is the soldier who was captured by Russians and then murdered after he proclaimed Slava Ukrainii.
Both safe.
And a combat cat.
